All foreign investors can purchase property with full title deeds and gain the same property legal rights as native Cape Verdeans. There are also no restrictions for foreign investors to transfer money in and out of the country.

There is a hotel boom in Cape Verde at the moment such as The Hilton Hotel, RIU, Iberostar, Oasis, Ouril and TUI with more brand names on the way such as the Marriot Hotel Group. The expansion in the hotel industry is creating more flights and holiday makers to the islands.
