A lovely apartment with a spacious open plan living area leading out on to a large terrace. The terrace has partial views to the sea and a partical view to the gardens and pool area.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a wardrobe that leads out onto the terrace.  There is a second bedroom that has a wardrobe and shares the communal bathroom.

The apartment has a fitted kitchen, fitted bathroom (less mirrors) and wardrobes. There are no light fittings in the aparment.

Paradise Beach Resort is a frontline resort located next to Dunas Beach resort. Paradise had some difficulties during the financial crisis and the resort was only half finished. Therefore upon entry to the resort you will see two unfinished blocks, however once you are in the resort, the communal areas and pools are really nice. It is a quiet resort that the developer is slowly trying to bring more facilities on board. some apartment owners rent out their apartments on holiday lets on the resort, but it is a quiet resort and do not depend on the rentals as a definite source of income.

These apartments are ideal for people looking to use it for their own personal use the apartments are well built, well designed and spacious. The resort is 3.50 euros from Santa Maria in a taxi.
