This fabulous 1 bedroom apartment is closely situated to all the amenities in Sol Dunas Hotel including the communal pools, waterslides, pool bars and the main hotel.
It also faces towards a future golf course and may possibly get a view of the course. The apartment has an open plan kitchen and living area with large double glass doors leading onto the terrace. There is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a high quality bathroom.
As the apartment is in the hotel rental Scheme, it is managed and rented by Sol Melia Hotel with a rental return paid every quarter to owners. The resort deducts is Resort management fee and utilities before the rental is paid to owner. Owners then only have to pay their annual income tax once a year. Owners also get 5 weeks personal use, 3 weeks in low season (British summertime) and 2 weeks in high season (British wintertime). Owners still need to pay for their flights and food / drink, but the nightly rental is not charged.
Dunas Beach Resort & Spa has fantastic touristic facilities such as communal pools, children’s pirate boat pool, waterpark slides, pool bars, restaurants, amphitheatre, YHI Spa, gym, tennis courts, beach bar and beach.
The apartment can exit the rental scheme and be used as a private apartment that can be used solely for personal use or rented out for tourist holidays.
