The plot is in Baia Das Gatas which has been a quiet fishing village, but it is starting to see new construction of homes in the area and the Government has just put in a new road to the area, which has reduced the commute time from 12 minutes to 7 minutes’ by car to the city of Mindelo.

Not far from the plot is a 9 hole ‘brown’ golf course which is played on by the Golf club of Mindelo on the weekends. Land nearby has been allocated for hotel and resort development, however at the moment, we are waiting for these to start to be built upon.
