Santiago Golf Resort, SGR, is superbly located for an investment opportunity.
SGR will be a spectacular five-star lifestyle and leisure resort on the sheltered south coast of the main island of Santiago. Recently a large part of the Santiago Golf Resort was purchased by the Lusofonia Group to develop the Lusofonia Meliá Resort Hotels. The Lusofonia Meliá project was presented in January 2017 in Madrid’s FITUR fair, after the Lusofonia Group reached an agreement with the Afreximbank for their financing.
The Lusofonia Meliá Resort Hotels will be located in the Ponta Jandangue area of SGR and will include four and five stars all-inclusive hotels: the Meliá Lusofonia Resort & SPA (430 rooms), the Meliá Lusofonia (150 rooms) and the Meliá Lusofonia Residences (160 rooms). The resort will provide a multiple offer of bars, restaurants, beach clubs and complementary services such as swimming pools and spa.
The prospects for the international tourism success of Santiago are now even more promising, with an important ongoing upgrade of the international airport, due to be completed in 2018, that will more than double the airport capacity and with several other hotel resorts, from renown brands such as Hilton and Meliá already under construction, including the Hotel and Casino Resort in Santa Maria’s islet, on the bay of Praia.
The plot is a premium “A” grade plot, allowing you to design and build the villa of your dreams to your budget and your time requirements. Plot no. A-39 has a large area of 1.409 m2 and is destined to the construction of a building, with a construction area of 281.70 m2.
